Prior to this role, Elizabeth was the Director of the White House Public Library in Tennessee and has over 16 years of experience in the public library field. She earned her Master of Information Science (MIS) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. As director at White House Public Library, she led a $3.6 million building project to create a state-of-the-art library spanning 13,900 square feet.
